CV form for Master’s programme in public health sciences: Societal and individual perspectives, 120 credits
Please note that this is not an application form. Your application to the Master’s programme must be completed online at universityadmissions.se (or antagning.se for national students). This form should be attached to and uploaded together with that application.
The entry requirement is a degree comprising at least 180 credits, and English proficiency equivalent to English Course B or English 6. Applicants must be eligible in order to participate in the selection process.
This CV form will be used in the Department of Public Health Sciences’ selection of applicants.
The selection will be based on grades of academic courses, relevant work and/or research experience, motivation letter and the relevance of previous studies in relation to the programme.
The information given by you in this CV form must be certified by documentation. Please make sure that you follow the country-specific requirements on how your credentials should be submitted.[1]
All documents must have reached University Admissions in Sweden before the admission deadline stated on universityadmissions.se. No documents should be sent to the Department of Public Health Sciences.
