SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER / WELL SERVICES SUPERVISOR: 2014 – 2019 Ourhoud Organization, Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla, Algeria Partners: Cepsa / Sonatrach / Anadarko / Eni / Maersk / Pertamina / Repsol o Led E-line jobs supervision and interpreted open (during Drilling) and cased hole loggings and operational parameters, resulting in accurate and timely well intervention executions. o Developed comprehensive well intervention programs and procedures for E-line, Well Integrity, CT Acid Stimulation, Hydraulic Fracturing, CT Milling, Nitrogen Kickoff, Salt & Asphaltene Clean Outs, Well-testing & Slick-line. Assist in Drilling & Work-Over programs development. All for 150 vertical and horizontal wells, leading to enhanced operational efficiency and production optimization. o Update of well history, X-mass tree and completion schematics at every job. o Played a pivotal role in developing Well Integrity Management System (WIMS), identifying Barriers, conducting risk assessments, well classification, analyzing pressure Build-ups, blow-down for communication tests interpretation, Leak detection, and MAASP / MAOP / MINOP calculations, and Wellhead seal tests, resulting in enhanced well integrity and reliability.

o Designed and implemented Artificial Lift solutions, continuously monitored well performance and investigate using parameters pressures, temperature, GL rate with Petroleum Experts package, ensuring optimized production and well stability.

o Demonstrated expertise in subsurface and surface flow assurance, effectively preventing and remediating Asphaltene, Salt, Sand, and Hydrates (thermal investigation) issues, as well as detecting and addressing leaks proactively.

Key productivity achievements: Developed engineering applications and Excel sheets for Gas pressure gradient and volume calculator, Cement plug length, Nitrogen calculations, and prediction of top and bottom pressures, streamlining engineering processes and improving operational efficiency.
