Job Description

As a Busser we ensure quick table-turnover and efficient service, performing a variety of tasks by clearing, cleaning tables, taking empty plates, utensils, and drink ware to the kitchen to be washed, making sure water glasses are full, sanitizing, setting, and resetting tables for the next service, restocking utensils, napkins, and other dining room needs. Providing a clean and pleasant dining experience and accommodating special guests.

As a Server Assistant / Back Waiter, we are responsible for assisting front waiters by ensuring quick table-turnover and efficient service, performing a variety of tasks by filling bread baskets and water glasses, clearing, cleaning tables, taking empty plates, utensils, and drink ware to the kitchen to be washed, making sure water glasses are full, sanitizing, setting, and resetting tables for the next service, restocking utensils, napkins, and other dining room needs. Providing a clean and pleasant dining experience and accommodating special requests.
