I'm William Markham Bissell I am 49yrs old, Born 05/14/1975. I go by my middle name Markham. I have worked construction from my sophomore year in high school till current. I enjoy construction and building of all types. I have high school education a diploma, graduated -yes 2 years junior college for pre-rex for architectural design and engineering. Attended Bakersfield high School from 1990 to 1993, 6 months junior college and Bakersfield community college for prerequisites for architectural design class and engineering. Attended universal technical institute in Phoenix Arizona for architectural design or computer aided design AutoCAD. Work for North valley lumber and trust company out of Bakersfield California for the first two years out of school company closed operations and I moved to my home state of Mississippi. And got a job with Millennium walls worked with his father first with Richardson and sons construction. Then me and the son Danny Richardson started Millennium walls in 1998 and that's when we got full-fledged into ICF. My reason leaving and being in Oregon was my mother. She had health concerns and issues so I relocated to Salem Oregon 2013 to help my father take care of my mother. And as of December of 2023 my mother has since passed so I have lots of free and extra time on my hands to get back into the appointment, opportunities and hoping to find a good company devoted to their employees and employees as well devoted to the company as per myself. Eager and ready to work.. I have lots of experience and management skills to take on projects, and get most production out of the day. Wages can be discussed after the first day or two where you can see where I fit in best and can be the most productive projects you place me on. Ready to be back in the field and get production, accomplishment, the since the satisfaction. Again. I did have my OSHA 40 and my forklift operators license and safety coordinator completion class. But I'm pretty sure it's expired by now.
