Work Experience:

Teleperformance - December 2021-Present

As an Agent I welcomed customers and assisted them with setting up their Onstar programs and enrolled them in their trial periods. I worked with the customers to extend their trial periods for longer timeframes. I also answered questions that they may have had about the Onstar programs and promotions.

I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert (SME) in September 2022. I assist new agents to reach the needed percentage goals for Abay. I help with call flow and the handling of the calls all together. Additionally, I monitor their calls and coach them on their performance so they can successfully graduate to the production floor. I also participate in monitoring the group chat to answer questions that the agents may have.

I was promoted to Training Supervisor in September 2023. The responsibilities include monitoring of attendance of the new hires that are in training, issuing documentation when needed for termination due to poor attendance. Additionally, I provide call feedback and documentation of the feedback for call improvement, while overseeing the Subject Matter Experts (SME) for the training class. I review calls to certify that calls made by new hire/trainees are in line with the client standards and guidelines. I am required to meet with the new hire/trainees to assist with their questions and concerns regarding the GM Onstar product, as well as attend meetings regarding the new hire/trainees and future goals required by the Client GM and management.

I worked as a customer service representative for an out-of-state electric company.
