Ensure vehicles are never used for personal reasons.

Day to day maintenance of the assigned vehicle

Availing documents/supplies as per order given.

Ensure provision of reliable and safe driving services by driving office vehicle for the transport of assigned area

Provide necessary care for passengers by including making them wear seatbelt while traveling.

Delivery and collection of mails, documents, and other items

Arrangement for registration of new vehicle including comprehensive and third-party insurance.

Ensure cost- saving through proper use of vehicle through accurate maintenance of daily vehicle logs, provision of inputs to preparation of vehicle maintenance planes and reports.
