VENDOR DEVELOPMENT & AUDITS:

Vendor Development & Evaluation for Raw Materials & Packaging Materials. Co-ordinate with Plants and Co packers for ensuring consistency in products quality through vendor rating system.

Conduct periodic audits of the plants and co packers’ w.r.t. product quality and safety.

CHEMICAL, MICROBIOLOGICAL & PACKAGING ANALYSIS:

Chemical and Microbiological Analysis of Raw Materials, Intermediate and Finished products, Cosmetic Products (Hair Oil, Shampoo, Face Wash, Shower Gels, Liquid Soaps, Creams, Lotions, Hair Conditioners, Face Scrub, Talc etc.).

Analysis of Packaging Materials Labels, Corrugated box, Mono cartons, Bottles, Jars, Tubes, Caps, etc.

INSTRUMENT HANDLLED:

UV – Spectrophotometer, Karl Fisher Titrator, pH meter, Conductivity meter, Viscometer, Tintometer, Polari meter, Refractometer, Melting point Apparatus, B.S Tester, Torque Tester, Compression Strength Tester etc.
