•Deployed new hardware, created Veteran Administration’s (VA) Process Safety Management (PSM) documentation, a quality control (QC) system allowing for turnover to the VA.

•Removed autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) infrastructure causing issues with all system on a single app. server, and installed HPWJA HP, a web-based printing and imaging management tool. Removed VA idiosyncrasy.

•Effectively produced results with vendor participation and made clear Ricoh System SLNX, installed by ASMR teams, was unworkable with VA domain. Confirmed the installation in hub formation a single core with multiple data server (DS) attained effective results.

•Saved VA $200,000+ a year in server cost and required maintenance vendor fees by recognizing Lexmark MVE installation would not allow passwords to work and impacted Patient care. Devised two HPWJA fleet management software changing the filtering for Zebra Printers and came up with HPz to manage both Legacy and current Zebra printers.

•Conferred with CEO of Regan Technologies Corporation & Entrepreneur and Senior Xerox Engineer to clear obstacles and worked through every Xerox issues to see last original equipment manufacturer (OEM) product working.

•Created over 2000 documents, deployed SNMPv3 for all families, created a test lab for IPv6, generated all topology maps for OEM’s products, and made accessible to PSM team members.
