As a draw technician, I am tasked with the job of optimizing my draw line to produce products. Trouble shooting, monitoring speeds and heat to ensure top quality products and changing those variables to stay in spec, ensuring a clean work space, and working with co-workers in a team to meet company goals were standard responsibilities of my job.
