Duties and Responsibilities

The responsibility of a pump truck driver/operator is the safe driving, proper set up, clean up and care about the concrete pump. Set up for out rigger:

Being an operator ultimately in charge and must make a good decision regarding on set up.

Check or ask about the soil condition.

Ground must be checked to make sure that it may negatively affect the stable standing of the machine.

The support legs and feet must be locked mechanically or hydraulically in position.

Opening of the boom:

The unauthorized person must stay out in the danger area of the machine

Monitor the set up when opening the boom and working.

Open the boom with the use of the remote b1,b2,b3,b4,b5 when closing the boom closed b4,b5,b3,b2,b1 in SERMAC 56\6 and

Before start Pumping procedure, check the delivery lines, coupling with lock of pin to prevent opening by themselves and hoses fixture.

Complies the safety regulations and precautionary measures while operating the concrete pump protects others by following work safe procedures.

The work that I encounter.

Pump forward with hi pressure speed and pump reverse until the boom pipe empty.

Filled with water and push the cleaning sponge ball in the end hose

Pump reverse with a cleaning sponge ball back to the first elbow in front of the

hopper

you can check the position of the sponge ball by knocking the pipeline

Open the elbow pipe at the front of hooper and remove the sponge ball

Open the cleaning hole of the hooper and drain out the rest of concrete

And clean with pressure water
