SUMMARY
My primary profession of Electrical Engineer spans over 26 years; as a Design Engineer and Project/Program Manager for Hughes Aircraft/Raytheon and Northrop Grumman Corporations, I was responsible for an annual budget in the $2,200,000 range and over 18 Staff in Multiple Departments and Laboratories. I have been in real estate development over 25 years since the mid 1980s, building 8 custom homes and completing 2 subdivisions, of which 3 were financed, with high credit limits in the $730,000 range; projects are located in Los Angeles County, CA and York County, PA. My primary project since 2002 has been a $10 Million Development called Brooke Valley Estates in Southern York County. ·Receiver/Exciter REA, GTAMS Program. Design, develop, characterize COTS based R/E, ASC sub units for mobile ground-to-air radar to acquire RCS of low maneuvering, low speed targets.
·Proposal Support, EW Systems, ALR-67 Program. Conceptual support, channelizer and superhet modules; Ga As Ku Band up/down converter, UHF bandpass filter, S Band 8 channel mux breadboard hardware delivered; functional design, antenna, quadrant Receivers.
·TD Module Support, AHEP Program Supported test and delivery of 9 Preproduction, 6 EDM phase TD Modules, addressing problems such as: output power variation, spurious lines, RF gate ringing and overshoot, phase code alignment, and hybrid oscillations.
·Sampler Development, Digital Waveform Generator, ASARS Program. Refined previous IR&D work on sampler design to operate over a 1 GHZ IF bandwidth. Similar work yielded MIC sampler servicing a 3 to 5 GHZ band.

Responsible for internal research and development project.
·IR&D, Sampler Waveform project: Design, evaluation, feasibility study of high speed RF analog circuitry; high speed sampling bridge, discrete and hybrid versions, pursued.
Applications: Waveform generators, harmonic phase comparators from VHF to Ku band.
