Asset Protection Northeast

Previous work history is Walmart in Aberdeen February through July as a Host and asset protection job. The previous jobs were simply dishwasher and busgirl 2000-2009 at Billy's chuck house in northeast Maryland. I have several references and classes I've done with serenity in northeast Maryland even though I don't have much experience I did learn alot while I was in asset protection where my health made me loose my job along with lack of leadership help but I did get trained in emergency situations as well as helping know how to look for customers that aren't paying for items as well as how to handle the situation without accusing them and knowing how to deescalate situations from customers going beyond the checkout point without purchased items as well as we handled abuse situations and many others where there was people who needed medival attention and I was able to handle all that in a calm manner and how to check receipts of unbagged items in a quickly but affective manner as well as I'm someone who is a fast learner and follows by the rules where I also am someone who takes my job seriously but in a way the customers said I had the best personality where they don't feel so offended begin asked for thier receipts.
