My educational background is BSc in Industrial Engineering, BA in management and recently, I graduated with MBA (Master of Business Administration) in June 2023. During my last work experiences, I have worked by different titles such as senior quality control expert, work study expert, Industrial engineering
& productivity Improvement expert. And Currently I am working in a position of as a Manufacturing Engineer in a joint venture of Ethiopian Sky Technologies in Ethiopian Airlines Group. During my close to 8 years of work experience in different positions, I was able to distinguish myself as a proficient and motivated employee. I engaged in projects that concentrated on Continuous and sustainable improvement, super visioning, Managing, Production planning and scheduling, Product and productivity improvement, Production performance analysis, system development, internal auditing, Capacity analysis, using resource efficiently and effectively and total Quality management or control (TQM). Also, I am involved and trained in productivity improvement, Supervision, QMS, ILO, kaizen, ISO, DPD training, Configuration management, kitting and packing engineering, etc. My educational background mainly helps me in my future career like as I mentioned above. Do anything which concerns Engineering and business management.
My final project in BSc. title was “Productivity Improvement by finding of Bottleneck analysis and resource utilization in Bahir Dar Textile Share Company” through Controlling resources, operations of electrical and mechanical equipment or system and my final thesis in MSc. Is “the salient features of factors which affect the growth of small and medium manufacturing enterprise with a special reference to Addis Ababa, Akaki- Kality sub-city administration” and scored very good.
