I am pleased to apply for a role as a Nurse Practitioner. I have been qualified as a nurse for 19 years and have gained vast experience in different fields of nursing and clinical practice. Over the years, I have pursued post graduate education to develop and enhance my knowledge and skills as a nurse. My biggest achievement has been working as a nurse practitioner in a primary care setting. I am dedicated to provide the best patient care possible through holistic approach patient care and listening to patients. I am a committed individual who is initiative and adaptable to various clinical settings. I can utilise my vast clinical nursing experience and skills to be transferrable in clinical practice. I have excellent communication skills, good teamwork skills which enable me to work inter-professionally. I am a hardworking, goal orientated individual, who is initiative when faced with challenging situations by problem-solving. • Managing minor illness and some injury clinics in various primary care clinics- GP Surgeries and GP Out of hours/ Urgent Care Centres

• Provide information and advice on prescribed or over-the-counter medication, side-effects and interactions
• Adapting other communication skills for patients with communication barrier and utilising language assist service
