● Programming on SolidWorks for restaurant equipment. Laser operator had their own desktop to create the model, it was then sent to the laser to create the cut on the sheet of metal. Once the sheet of metal was completed, it was sent to press brake for bending and final touches through QC.

● Grinding sheet metal, preparing it for production, These parts came off the laser and/ or plasma machines ready to grind.

● Rolling sheet metal after grinding, preparing for the welding stage of production. Flanging sheet metal for the blasting stage of production.

● Cut straight pipe and sheet metal using a Shear machine. Cut stainless steel tube using a band saw.

● Shipping out a goal of $1 Million a day.

Fiber Flatbed Laser (CNC)- Proficient in Trumpf lasers, specifically certified in OP TruLaser Tube 700 Fiber. Training was done at Trumpf Headquarters in Farmington, Connecticut.

In house lasers were 3040/ 2030 edition flatbed lasers. Loading and unloading with the right material type, size, and thickness for all projects. Using the desktop, uploading and downloading blueprints/ files of each particular project. Also, using CAD to make changes to files to correct and make precise. Making sure the part is in tolerance, the right specs, and the right part for the customer. Preventative maintenance including but not limited to: troubleshooting, and maintaining TruDisk and chiller of the lasers. Some knowledge and experience on the press brake machine, TruBend 5130 edition. Bending parts for plasma beds, fenders for U-Haul trucks, wheelchair vans, etc.

Supervisor duties- night shift supervisor, crew of 5 operators. Employees would report to me at the beginning of each shift for a briefing of daily tasks. I would then get everyone going and make sure production is moving accordingly. I would train new employees, and employees that needed further on the job training. I would assist all employees on large jobs that needed a 2nd man for safety.

Laundry facility for high-end hotels and resorts, managed 180 employees all on the same 2nd shift.
