Have preformed Night Audit & Front Desk at several Hotels in the Texas area and in Branson, Mo. I have enjoyed working in the 3rd shift and making sure that the Hotels books balance. Performing complete night audit procedures, correcting any issues that maybe incorrect, checking-in and out all drury guest. Setting up the breakfast layout so that the breakfast cook can have the hot breakfast ready for the guest. Made sure all security procedures where followed.

Responsibilities:
Preformed call center procedures by filling guest request on reservation for the hotel of their choice and answering question on their rewards points and their needs, credit missing points guest earned at hotel reservations. Responsibilities

Accomplishments
When I started, the store was very closed in and not people friendly. I re-arrange the entire store display layout and made it more open and people friendly. The display window had not been changed in years so I re-did the front window displays and change them on a regular basis. This created more interest and created more customers to come inside the store and sales.
