Reverse-engineered the Management Information System to create a high-level design document describing how all Premium and Claims transactions created in underwriting systems are recorded in mainframe files and are used as input to multiple downstream server applications.

Create a new automated process for transmitting Commercial Lines Fleet Data from the SAS Server to the mainframe Commercial Lines system.
