Key leader that worked to develop and market legislative proposals to the General
Assembly including signature establishment of Jackson Labs in the state and Governor
Malloy’s bi-partisan Jobs & Economic Development legislation. Key liaison between the Governor and Legislative Leaders, Legislative Committees and Chairs. Coordinated annual budget proposals, shepherded Governor’s appointed State Agency Commissioners through the approval process and performed legal research and legal analysis on all legislative proposals filed by the State Legislature.
