Ensure the material identification and Inspection with Quality Control department, for the contractor supply material, to ensure the Quality and Specification of the material.

Job Description
Coordinate with security disciplines and ensure that maximum-security measures are provided to safeguard all materials and properties under custody of the Material Control Section.
Control all materials and equipment from the time of delivery thereof to a storage area until the issuance to subcontractor for fabrication or field installation. Maintain inventory record at all times.
Physically conduct periodic stocktaking on all materials held at warehouses/yards and update their inventory records accordingly.
Maintain and arrange all documents related to material control received from respective subcontractors such as acknowledged copy of construction material issue voucher, verified copy of construction material return voucher and all copies of approved request for approval of scrap.
Update all data of changes in piping materials due to the revisions of isometric drawing (ISO)/list of materials (LOM) and Field Change Sheet into the CMS/MARIAN. If there is any discrepancy between material requisition and the relevant ISO/ Field Changes, immediately consult with the Field Engineering Manager for remedial action.
