• Approval Authority of Post Award –Intercept Database (PAID) Actions for Apache-(interfacing with Apache PO, Aviation Engineering Directorate, Army Logistic Command/ Department of Logistic Agency and Industrial Operations)

• 2016-2018. Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and Apache (AH-64).

• Mission Assurance Division - Ground Base Interceptor (GBI) System Engineering and Configuration Management

• Responsible for development of A Quick Reference Matrix/Manual that describe the Birds (GBIs) in the hole.

• Ground Systems Support to Mission Assurance input to CM Plans/Interface with the Prime (Boeing)

• Apache task included the interface of AED and ALC. Approval Authority for Spare procurement. Responsible for processing and approval of Request For Variances (RFVs) and other Engineering Change Activities to ensure no degradation would occur as a result of Engineering Change activity.

• Lead and Interface with the Industrial Operations group/DLA/ALC and Aviation Engineering Directorate for Air Worthiness. The undersigned processed 50 plus engineering change activities and provided feed back to the Apache PM through the PAID System. The main focus was to ensure Air-Worthiness of proposed changes and procurement.

• 2012-2015. Engineering Support Division of the Engineering Directorate.

• Served as lead Configuration Manager (CM)for Non-Destructive Test Equipment. Managed Support contractors from local businesses. Conducted PCAs for the NAVY/Air Force.

• Served as lead CM for Flexible Engine Diagnostic System (FEDS) in support of the Air Ground Support Equipment Program Office.

• Responsibilities included generation of PM AGSE Statement of Works (SOWs) for the NEW generation of FEDs, (DFEDS)- analog to Digital conversions.

• Led a team of contractor support and wrote several MWOs to include the Engineering Change Proposal, Test Plans and Maintenance Manual incorporation. (Examples:CCATs -8000 –Variable Tracking Filter and Tronair Power Supply of which has been incorporated into all FEDS sites around the world.) The in-house work save hundreds of thousands in what would have been normally contracted out.

• 2009-2011 Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment (RAID) Project Office of the Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensor.

• Served as the functional/technical expert for CM interfacing with contractors and Other Government Agencies in the integration of RAID into other system acquisitions.

• Provided Briefings to higher levels management. Developed, managed, and executed the RAID Configuration Management (CM) program to support rapid equipment fielding to deployed troops. Provided input to the RAID program for urgent material fielding.

• Provided SOW input to acquire level 3 TDPs for RAID products that were and is use relative to procurement and sustainability. Performed RAID Physical Configuration Audits and took government control of the technical documentation. Developed Performance Work Statements for System/ CM requirements, including CDRLs/Document Summary List and implemented policy requirements for the sustainment and upgrade of RAID Systems.

• 2008 Special Assignemnt

• THAAD PRRA team that conducted a Production Readiness Review assessment. We successfully completed the task auditing ALL CONUS Suppliers .

• 1987 -2008 TOW Project office.

• Served as Co- Quality and Test lead for All the TOW platforms that were current at the time with support from the Quality Engineering and Test Directorates.

• Responsibilities included Environmental testing, Chairing TEMP IPTs etc. Saved the Government Hundreds of Thousands by conducting In-House testing.

• Configuration Management .

• Established Configuration Management Division -

• Served as CM for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System. Chaired Configuration Control Boards and processed the engineering change that incorporated TOW Missile weapon system.

• Served as the lead CM for the TOW Missiles from the TOW 2, TOW 2A, TOW T2B, TOW Fire and Forget, Bunker Buster, MIPM STRW, and RF.

• Responsibilities included Preparing SOWs /CDRLs/Document Summary List, Prime (Raytheon) interface, Milestone reviews, Physical Configuration Audits and Function Configuration Audits.

• Served as lead CM for numerous Source Selection Evaluation Boards.

• 1983-1987 System Engineering and Production Directorate,

• -Supported the ROLAND, STINGER, and TOW projects relative to Production Readiness.

• Served as Liaison Representative for all of the above Projects at the contractor’s facilities (Tucson, AZ, and California (several destinations) during this period to ensure Manufacturing Guide lines were practiced.
