OSP Optical Field Supervisor - Directed a broad range of direct and sub-contractor personnel, assets and contract obligations for a 5-year, $180 million fiber ring/FTTH project, including the Shelbyville contract connecting 4 large cities in Indiana. Technical oversight of several equipment and service providers including Nokia, AEG, Congruent, Gigabit, Commscope, Corning Fiber, VIB and others. Generated weekly reports of detailed network performance, project status, and GIS/AM/FM data infrastructure design. Company representative to numerous home-owners associations and utilities in the region to address service issues.
