Objective

Machinist looking for a set up person to set up mills and lathes. Stronger on mills

side can do lathes and Swiss. Would like to grow with the company for I am

definitely a company man.

Work Experience

Machinist June 2000 - Present

FAI

e Set up person, set up mills,lathes, and Swiss. Hold tight tolerance tenths.

Run machines mills - Hass, Monarch, Mynx,both vertical and horizontal

and indexer. Lathes run and set up doosan gang, puma gang, Kai Swiss,

citizen Swiss. Responsible to set up and turn in first piece to run

production. Also assist other employees with set up and production.

Machinist 1997-2000

AeroMed,DRT,NN

e OkI put the years 1997-2000 cause I was there off and on. Let me start by

1997 was hired set up mills vertical with indexer with fanuc controls then

grew to 9 mills from 2 also Mazak controls. Mills are Hass, Matsuura,kiwa.

At the time was Leadman of the milling area and Ken Lord was the engineer

overseeing me and Norm Storer was Vice President. I also set up lathes such

as mori Seiki, BNC,Nakamura,Citizen. After about 7 years I have left cause I

have moved. Then I returned as just a set up person for mills and lathes.

Then soon after DRT bought the company.Then I have left for a brief time

then the shop Forman Don Rank called me to come back so I did also set up

person for mills and lathes. Then again shortly afterwards NN bought the

company and I was not happy cause took benefits away so I went to FAI. NN

a medical place and we hold very tight tolerance and finishes. Was on safety

committee.

Machinist 2003-2005

Blue Mountain Machine

e Set up mills. Hadinge mills fanuc controls. Medical making wheelchair

products.started out on first shift then went to second shift supervisor. Also

shipping, assembling, packaging. I was responsible for setting up the mills

and turning first pieces to run for production. Second shift to run
