Initially hired to work in the community based palliative medicine department. Responsible for new outpatient referrals from the skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, subacute rehabilitation centers, residential living- assisted, independent, memory care units as well as patient’s homes. Management of primary care that overlapped with palliative medicine.
