TEFL/TESOL Course:
TEFL/TESOL Level III: English for non-native speakers to develop reading comprehension, expanded vocabulary & writing paragraphs using sentences with supporting details. They will learn how to distinguish basic formats that decipher: opinion, narrative, persuasive, problem-solution, and compare/contrast paragraphs.
TEFL/TESOL Advanced Course:
TEFL/TESOL level IV: enhances & strengthens reading skills of learning to recognize main ideas by deciphering supporting details, facts & opinions by understanding similarities & differences in reading structures. Additionally, they will accelerate writing proficiency as they progress to academic essays selections by using persuasive, problem/solution, and compare/contrast, expository, argumentative, and problem-solution skills. Ultimately, students will learn basic summarizing and paraphrasing techniques that will be formatted in the Turabian Chicago citation style.

Collaborator with Laron Walker; CEO of the Scriberus Corporation who provided underserved youth with access to STEAM (STEM focuses on the hard technological & engineering) skills to progression. In STEAM curriculum, students leverage hard & soft skills to solve problems.
STEAM encourages collaboration to understand a STEM), which is conceptually based enrichment programming that builds fundamental coding skills; it offers opportunities to use those skills to successfully complete robotics projects to expose K-12 students (of whom 98% are youth of color and 92% are economically disadvantaged) to college and career opportunities in STEAM fields.

Special needs education teachers work with students who have learning, mental, emotiona or significant cognitive disabilities. Students learn adaptive behaviors, communication, vocational, and Life/Social skills. General education lessons encompass multitudinous students with mild to moderate to severe disabilities.
Within my duties as a special educator, I employed organization, creativity, patience, acceptance, dedication, and compassion. Special education teachers have a significant impact on their progression by addressing specific learning proclivities to ensure successful objective.
As an autistic support teacher, I planned and delivered educational instruction to students with autism spectrum disorders and emotional disabilities. I worked for a historic Middle school with Common Disabilities: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD); Learning Disabilities; Mobility Disabilities; Medical Disabilities; Psychiatric Disabilities, etc.

This College Success course is designed to help students become more effective in college. The course teaches students how to set goals, manage time, improve retention of information, take notes, strengthen test-taking skills, deal with test anxiety.
Students will learn to master stress reduction techniques, think critically, approach problems creatively, communicate more effectively, use the library and other college services, adapt to various instructional styles, understand their own learning style and identify and deal with problems (learning, personal or social) that interfere with their ability to learn, develop an appreciation for diversity and develop appropriate classroom behavior, etc.
