My name is Andy Andrews. I'm interested in a position with your company. I have 44 years of experience in Operating Heavy Equipment. I have been a General Manager of a large Demolition Company. As well as a Supervisor for City of Conroe and City of Pearland in the Water and Sewer Department. For the past 11 years I have worked for one of the largest plumbing companies in the State of Texas.

I have helped companies grow into successful businesses and they continue to grow. One of my best abilities is to see situations and create the best and most effective outcome. I have trained more than 700 employees in my career. I have always had the ability to take the person with the least experience and turn them into very safe and valuable employees. I believe that safe and productive employees is what becomes a Safe and Productive Company. I took one company that belonged to the top 100 companies in Harris, County that had a rating 68 out of a 100 and took them in one year to the no. 8 spot winning Prestigious Award for the company. I have worked on the smallest of water leaks to imploding highrise buildings. I have also been in charge of all safety to investigating all safety related issues. I get along with people and I am always willing to learn and I am very grateful if you would consider me for a position with this
