Position summary:

Responsibilitiesinclude the management of vendors base and materials purchased from outside sources. You will negotiate contracts that deliver value to our stakeholders ensuring service, quality and also added value maximizing the supplier's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

Secures quotes from qualified vendors of necessary resources to negotiate most favorable price terms and services

- Prepare plans and discuss long term contracts

- Monitor supply chain initiatives including coordinating supplier selection

- Inducting, valuating and tracking vendors pricing, quality, and delivery improvement initiatives

- Check on logistics to insure materials timely shipment with all documentation required

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Have an ability to do tasks in a group environment

- Ability to work flexible hours

- Skills of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word and office equipment
