My objective is to use a wide umbrella term such as “Customer Service Rep” to find a

position that fulfills me working both with staff and clientele. I pride myself on my Customer Skills and my eagerness to be working in a pleasant, fast-paced environment, exercising my 27 years in Customer Service and cash handling.

I left Burger King to work at Denny’s and it unfortunately was not a good match for me. Happy to discuss further in person.

I started at Burger King as a manager but stepped down due to the workload not matching my status at the time as a newly single mother. I returned as Crew and loved it there for almost 4 years. My duties included overseeing Staff and temp checks, taking nightly inventory and cash auditing. As Crew, I worked the line, front counter, drive thru helped train new staff. I spent this time resting with a high risk pregnancy and maintaining a home with the children, cooking and cleaning. Ultimately, returning to the work force once my newborn was old enough.
