I have about 9 years of considerable technical experience in research and agricultural development activities in Ethiopia and Denmark. I also have practical experience in working with farmers at a grass root level. I have been widely involved in proven crop technology disseminations and out scaling to the small-scale farmers of Northeastern Amhara regions in Ethiopia. Besides this, I have also about 4 years of farm managerial experience where I coordinated about thirty persons in a directorate.
