Resume of Robert L.Chatman Jr. 713-***-****) OBJECTIVE I am actively seeking a position in the information technology department as a computer technician and technical support person in a helpdesk environment. EXPERIENCE July 2000 to present: Greater Harris County 911; Helpdesk Technician I am responsible for providing end user support onsite and remotely for Windows XP and Windows 7 clients. I handle approx. 15 calls a day in support of 50 locations. I am responsible for monitoring all voice and data circuits,servers,rout- ers,switches,ups’s and all equipment associated with the network.
