PERSONAL SUPPORT SKILLS

Excellent knowledge of taking vital signs, performing CPR and CPI, preparing meal trays and help with feeding; assist with house management as well as assisting clients with bathing, shaving, grooming, changing clothes, cleaning and trimming fingernails, bed-making, skin care, and bowel & bladder elimination

Provide cognitive, social and emotional support to clients and family as well as assist the individuals to maximize their abilities and help them with daily walking, exercise and physical activities

Perform some light housekeeping duties when needed

Prepare clients, equipment and supplies for specific procedures and able to provide manual assistance as required

Provide additional care as required to meet the personal needs and comfort of assigned clients

Perform other work related duties when assigned and needed and train on bed four point restrain(one to one)

Taking members on vacation when needed as well as swimming and mall shopping

Going out with members to dance or have coffee
