If so, you can make this a really good bullet by simply naming the system and saying what you did, example: “utilized Microsoft excel to track all shipping orders accurately and on time”)

Did you train anyone on company policies? If so, make that into a bullet, “Trained new employees on company systems, equipment, and safety procedures”

Do you ever send emails to customers or have to get in touch with the drivers? What technology do you use to accomplish this? “utilized internal communication system named whatever to contact drivers and ensure on-time deliveries….”

Try to come up with 5-6 bullets for this job as well, the first two are pretty solid and you can build off of those.
