ARMY 2015 - PRESENT

SECTION SERGEANT ARMY

Manage and maintain two squad size elements consisting of two supervisors and 30 soldiers. Provide the unit with training calendars that follow our Mission Essential Task List (METL). Ensuring that unit is adhering to Army standards.

Provide education to unit on military operations such as convoy movement, operation security; and ensuring they have knowledge on solutions and workarounds.

Creating Memorandum For Record (MFR), counseling statements

(DA form 4856) for issues that cannot be resolved through behavioral workarounds, reprimand or administrative processes. Assist with unit re-supply, tracking and confirmation, and logistic operations to ensure that unit is mission ready.

Attending mission and team meetings to understand the scope of the mission, timeline, and roles to ensure mission success. Communicate to leadership any project or mission issues, soldier requests and concerns, as well as feedback on resolutions, improvements or pushbacks.

Daily communication via phone or email with team leads, to guide and assist through logistical setups and unit retainability. Locating knowledge-based articles to identify resolutions or clarifications to known ARMY processes.

Ensuring that all non-mission capable (NMC) equipments are properly annotated and keyed in the right location to prevent any misuse or mishandling.
