WSSRA (West Suburban Special Recreation Association), Franklin Park, IL, September 2022 - July 2023 Worked as a recreation specialist developing, organizing and supervising seasonal programming and special events for individuals with disabilities of all ages. Supervised, trained, mentored and evaluated seasonal part-time staff and volunteers. Completed program related paperwork including lessons plans, attendance records, program and staff evaluations, and participant assessments. Supervised and assisted with behavior management during programming.
