I am part of the Mert Team, also part of the Associates Committee as well as part of the Safety Team. The Mert Team is the first response for emergencies at work. The Associates Committee is based on the worker. I carry out their ideas to our committee group based on work safety, equipment problems, or different skills or ideas to get work done in a more safe way but efficient way. This group also takes care of other activities like picnics for the company, anniversary parties for the company, employee of the month things that fall in that category.
GOALS
My goal has always been to learn and be the best at the position I am applying for or the duty I am working in. To learn as fast as I can, help the company in any way shape or form to make us better in our jobs. Help out co-workers when needed, respect them how I want to be respected as well. Join any type of extra groups in the workplace. Also to be able to work in different areas in the workplace. I am open to learning other than just one position in the workplace. Most important to be a better person in life, better educated, better prepared for work, especially better person in heart.
