Mr. Gallagher,

In order to better myself and my job performance, I have applied for the company’s tuition reimbursement program. If approved, I will be taking MGT3150 (Management Communications Written).

The course aims to improve a manager/potential manager’s oral and written communication with all facets of the company. I will learn how to deal best with obstacles managers often encounter, diversity in the workplace, and overall problem-solving skills. I will also learn how to utilize all departments to support management in decision-making.

It is offered online and will not interfere with my work schedule.
