Responsibilities

Promoting and developing a positive and

proactive safety culture.

Ensure that the workers understand the hazards

and risks involved in the job, and trained with

qualified personnel to carry out the workers.

Ensure a safe working environment for the work

forces at the construction site (Barricade

Workplace, Signs, PPE, ..).

Elaboration of HSE procedures, risk assessment

and job safety analysis for different activities.

Prepare a safety file for each project (TRA, HARC, JSA, MS, material certificates, GMT...)

Inspect machinery and safety equipment in

order to identify and correct potential hazards,

and to ensure safety regulation compliance.

Supervision and testing for all operation on the

site : (Lifting, cutting, welding, ..).

Prepare The PTW.

Prepare and Lead Safety Meeting (TBT, SM, ..).

Leading the investigation of all

incidents/accident and ensure proper records

are completed and submitted. Assisting in

implementation of corrective actions as it relates to the incident and ensure ‘Lessons learned’ are

communicated throughout the company..
