I have 20 years experience working in the health care field.

I have experience in all areas of the laboratory.

I have performed numerous venipuctures on adults children, older patients and infants in my 20 years.

I worked my way up from a CLA in St. Joseph's hospital in Elmira, NY to Assistant Chemistry Supervisor in Southwood Community Hospital in Norfolk, Massachusetts.

While I worked at Southwood, I was responsible for training of students and new employees. I also was required to perform maintenance on all machines in the Chemistry department. I also implemented a procedure for entering Quality Control on a computer and also, at that time, implemented a procedure for uploading and downloading patient results into our Kodak Chemistry machine.

Through those 20 plus years, I have gained much experience. I have worked rotation shifts. Learned how to perform and draw arterial blood gases, learned how to perform EKG's and learned how to work with and without supervision.
