SE571 Principles of Information Security and Privacy

This project focused on the security of a fictional company. Major security concerns included physical concerns( location of backup servers, security clearance of different employees and physical access to the system.) The software concerns we had was firewall being set up, vpns and proper credentials for login. on top of that making employees phishing scams and tactics.

Managing organizational change

In this project we focused on key differences between Walmart and Kmart and what led one to success and the other to failure. The major factor was a lack of efficiency with data and a lack of streamlining. The other thing was leadership mentality. Walmart allowed those with power to be more flexible with a leadership mentality. This allowed for faster reactions to market changes.
