My experience has been gathered through more than 30 years of developing content in management, editorial, and writing roles. I have participated in hundreds of projects in both freelance and staff positions; and I have worked with developers, publishers, and other clients of all sizes. I have produced content for learners and for leaders, for children and for adults, for laypeople and for experts, for customers and for employees. This unique combination of experience provides me with insight into the entire creative process, as well as a critical understanding of how to reach a variety of audiences. This perspective, coupled with my ability to see the “big picture” without losing sight of the details, makes me singularly prepared to direct projects with consistent efficiency and efficacy, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality product. My long-time professional association with management, editorial, and other creative professionals around the world has taught me how to build successful internal and external relationships; it also gives me a large network of qualified writers and editors when I need to source outside talent. I am a strategic leader with a demonstrated ability to hire, train, and manage an editorial staff and a diplomatic approach to resolving challenges. A proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a highly pressured environment, an ability to align work with strategic goals, sound judgment and strong business acumen, and an aptitude for communicating editorial solutions are skills I will enthusiastically apply in my role as a provider of creative services.
