Served as a Patriot AIT Instructor/Writer for the FT Bliss Air Defense Artillery School. Areas of focus-The Patriot Air Defense System to include the Engagement Control Station, Pac 3 Radar System, Antenna Mast Group, and Electrical Power Supply (generator group). Primary duties included reviewing lesson plans and training support packages for accuracy and updates, making pen and ink changes when necessary, presenting lessons to AIT students covering all areas of operation and maintenance of the Patriot Air Defense System, and evaluating their progress and understanding of the presented material. Also responsible for the overall training and supervision of entry level Soldiers within our Command.

Responsible for training and personnel records, personnel actions, promotions, and leave processing in support of 80 Soldiers, and responsible for the health, welfare, counseling, and training of 3 subordinates.
