I was responsible for managing and procurement of all material for the project. Coordinating project on site setup, submittals, schedules and subcontractors. I conducted daily and weekly safety meetings to encourage an accident-free environment. The project consisted of a Headworks remodification and dewatering, Sedimentation coating, Removal and install of the Grit screening and associated piping.

Mechanical superintendent-I was responsible for project onsite setup, submittals, RFI's and developing 6week schedules I conducted the daily and weekly safety meetings along with any training needed to help promote and maintain an accident-free working environment for everyone. I utilized the Last Planner through constraint planning, look ahead schedules and Weekly Work Plans and measured progress on production and planned percent complete. The project consisted of modification to the existing Aeration Facility. This included the demo 9 Aeration Basins including all diffusers, 18" SST piping 3 Blowers and associated valves and interior steel piping. Installation of the new diffusers, 18" SST piping tying into a 54" Steel Header piping, install of 3 Blowers (2ea 28000lbs, 1ea 35000lbs) and all electrical. Los Angeles World Airport Second Level Roadway Reconstruction-LAX, CA (80M) Element Manager/Canopies- Responsible for the installation of the new canopies throughout the project limits in the central terminal area. This Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project includes roadway and bridge reconstruction, vertical and electrical components, all required to be completed within an active international airport (LAX), requiring extensive owner and third-party coordination, as well as traffic control.

Responsible for managing and procurement of all material for the project. Coordinating project on site setup, submittals, schedules and subcontractors. I conducted daily and weekly safety meetings to encourage an accident-free environment. This Project consisted of 4 new Clarifiers and associated underground piping, RAS/WAS pumping structure Modifications to the Oxidation structure and a retro fit of the existing Pre-Oxidation.
