Joined start-up company with task of building a Quality Management System:

Creating a controlled document system for ISO 9001:2015 compliance. This includes document templates, authoring controlled process documents, and creation of controlled document library. Also promoted and assisted in the creation of training documentation.

Creating systems for Risk and Opportunity Management and Corrective Actions Tracking.

Coordinated Management Review Process and presented to C-suite on a quarterly basis.

Conducted required context analysis exercises with top management.
