Process garnishments, student loans, IRS levies and child support payments

Interface with child support agencies from multiple states as well as attorneys and courts

Develop/edit employee handbooks and human resources policies BENEFITS:

Administration of benefits plans and new hire enrollments

Management of all health, dental, vision, and retirement plans

Coordinate Open Enrollment and Annual Benefits Fair

Benefit vendor negotiations

Workers compensation claims and policies administration

Manage payroll ensuring accurate, timely payment for all employees LABOR RELATIONS:

Administer collective bargaining agreements for employees (SEIU) union

Labor and arbitration negotiations

Compile information and propose resolutions between labor and management

Serve as resource for management training programs in labor relations

Interpret policy and employment decisions affecting union workers

Advise and represent employer regarding UI, EEOC, DFEH claims
