I am a professional at all aspects of floor maintenance, custodial, and janitorial. I have been in this trade for 45 years now. I started when I was 14 years old. I have been employed by several companies while employed full time at other places. Some of these include, American Building Maintenance Inc of Seattle, Washington-Abacus Corp out of Seaford, Delaware and Baltimore, Maryland-Cochrane Maintenance Inc out of Towson, Maryland. I have done floor maintenance, janitorial, custodial work in high rise buildings, warehouses, hospitals, grocery stores and department stores. Also, small office buildings, schools, and contract cleaning at several other businesses including restaurants and bars. SKILLS:
My expertise includes TILE- stripping, scrubbing, (with auto scrubber as well as low speed machines), dry and wet scrubbing, sealing, finishing (waxing), burning, buffing (with hi- speed and low speed machines), restoring, refinishing (recoating) use of a great number of chemicals, etc. I have done all types of covering from regular vinyl tile to terrazzo to concrete to linoleum, also ceramic. MAINTAINING- all other associated with and degreasing. CARPET- extraction bonnet shampooing, pretreating, scotch-guarding, and vacuuming of course etc. General and detail cleaning of offices, homes etc. Windows, restrooms, hi-dusting and all other.
