Manage and support a team of 6 on the the design and delivery of operational performance and organizational effectiveness services to both United Nations headquarters and field clients.

Develop workplans and agile methodologies, data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, development of recommendations, and drafting of reports for client engagements.
