All major projects dealt with accumulating and simplifying the patient details and their documents. The patient’s details entered through the entry page will be saved into the well-defined database through the stored procedures and will be displayed in the view pages. We structured the system in an efficient way to manage individual patient records (such as medication details, dosage etc.) for Office/Hospital/Infusion visits.

My roles and responsibilities included but not limited to:

● Collected the requirements from the clients and stakeholders.

● Created new web pages based on client's requirement using XML/Java Script and the code behind using ASP.Net.
