By scheduling your test appointment, you
agree to comply with these requirements.
You will be asked to acknowledge these
conditions and requirements upon arrival at
the test center.

Policies
Admission Policy
We ask that you arrive at the test center 30
minutes before your scheduled appointment
time. This will give you adequate time to
complete the necessary sign-in procedures.
Be prepared to show two (2) valid
(unexpired) forms of personal identification
that are printed in English. The first ID must
be government-issued and must have a
clear photo and your signature, such as a
driver’s license, state-issued identification
card, United States military ID with
signature, or passport. The second ID,
which you may be asked to produce, must
have either a photo or signature, such as a
Social Security card, work ID, or student ID
card. If you do not have the proper ID, you
will not be permitted to test (and no refund
or transfer of fees will be provided). If the
name on your identification differs from the
name in which you are registered, you must
bring official, legal documentation of the
name change (e.g., marriage certificate,
divorce decree, certification of naturalization
showing a new name, court order for a
name change) as verification. A photocopy
will not be accepted.
Please be advised that prior to testing you
will be photographed and a palm scan will
be taken at the test center. You will not be
allowed to take any personal items with you
into the testing room. This includes all bags,
books not authorized by the testing
program, notes, cell phones, pagers,
watches and wallets. If you arrive more than
15 minutes late for an exam, you will be
refused admission.
Reschedule Policy
If you wish to reschedule your exam, you
must do so through your account at least 24
hours prior to your test appointment. If you
do not reschedule a test more than 24
hours in advance and you are absent from
your test, you will not receive a refund.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your exam, you must
do so through your account at least 24
hours prior to your test appointment.
Appointments may not be cancelled less
than 24 hours prior to your exam
appointment.
Additional Information
Your appointment length includes additional
time to review a nondisclosure agreement,
computer-based tutorial, and other exam
related activities. Therefore, the
appointment length stated above is longer
than the actual testing time you will receive.

The Lake Worth Campus Testing Center is
located in CT115 next to Academic Advising
and Financial Aid.
From I-95 North/South: Proceed west on
6th Avenue approximately 2 miles to the
entrance at the traffic light. Turn right into
campus. At the STOP sign turn right and
park in Visitor parking near the green
Registration/Admissions overhang.
From the Florida Turnpike: Take the Lake
Worth Road exit and go east approximately
10 miles to Congress Ave. Go through the
light, and turn right at the next light into the
campus. Follow the signs to
Registration/Admissions.
Required COVID-19 Social Distancing
Protocols
•Candiddates must wear face masks
covering both nose and mouth while on
campus.
•Candidates must use hand sanitizer when
entering the lobby.
•If the candidate does not have a cloth or
disposable face covering, the student
willnot be permitted to test.
•Candidates exhibiting signs and symptoms
of COVID-19 will not be permitted to test.
•No cell phones are permitted in the Testing
Center.
•No use of lockers. Everything must be left
in the car except for ID, Credit/Debit Card
for HESI, proctoringreceipt, and car keys.
Personal items will be put in baggies and
placed under thestudent's seat.
•Limited number of students will be
permitted in the lobby at one time.
Candidates will be expected to line up
outside the Testing Center and maintain
social distancing (6 feet) as outlined by the
college.
•Only Candidates who have an appointment
will be permitted on campus.
