Manager of the Records Department

Responsible for all physical files with 250 attorneys on board, three locations – Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago. I managed all the physical paper files with Coakley and tracked them daily before they were scanned years later to become a digital file. Once an attorney requested a file, they would contact me, and I would find the directory for them – over 10k of paper files, and probably many more. I was responsible for two file clerks as well,

Had over 10 direct reports, three file clerks, two mail clerks and one conflict analyst. Had up to 200 conflicts daily including lateral searches.

I created their entire conflict system and before then there was nothing in place. I’ve been on board on the Wellness Committee, planned most company parties, fitness events, worked with the summer associates, Friday Happy Hours and many other functions. I’ve been involved in all versions of Enterprise 3E. MBF is now 100% on board.
