Manufacturing Quality Engineering Internship – Novanta, MA June 2023 – August 2023

• ORACLE Work Instruction- created a step-by-step instruction manual with screenshot pictures on how to scrap, reclaim, rework, return to vendor, and transact in Oracle.

• Bumper Measurement Project- developed a concept and built a prototype to confirm bumpers met specifications. Then implemented into quality to then be used in manufacturing.

• Material Review Board Deduction- apart of a material review board team that reduced defective part inventory from $500k to $100k.

RiteFlex Total Elbow System – Fort Wayne, IN Aug 2022 – May 2023

● Designed a Semi constrained Total Elbow System to help restore the range of motion to an elbow that has suffered from an acute distal fracture, rheumatoid arthritis, or posttraumatic elbow arthritis. To design the components, Siemens NX was used. The specifications for size, material, dimensions, indications, surgical technique, design rationale, and results from surgical testing were compiled into a design history file. A 510k was completed as well. ORIS Fracture and Revision Shoulder System - Fort Wayne, IN Aug 2021 – May 2022

● Designed a shoulder prosthetic device system that would correct proximal and distal fractures of the humerus, while maintaining range of motion and function. The specifications for size, material, dimensions, indications, surgical technique, design rationale, and results from surgical testing were compiled into a design history file.
