Job Summary
Knowledge in the operators of forklift (Gas and Battery / Automatic and Manual Operated.
Transferring of prepared raw and packaging material storage FPM (Frozen Process Meat) and IMC (Inventor Management and Control)
Preparation procurement of transfer slips or documents.
Reports to the Team Leader and Supervisors
Duties and Responsibilities
Complies to good manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety Practices and Food Safety and Quality Management Policies, Procedures Instruction in the daily performance of his/her job.
Drives and operates the forklift and providing assistance where it is needed in the daily operation in accordance to the standard Operating Procedures in Forklift Operation.
Transfer finished good to IMC and withdraw raw materials from warehouse according to the daily production schedule.
Prepares or secure necessary document as evidence of requisition or transfer.
Clean and maintain the condition of the forklift. Report the superior and EMD any unusual condition encountered.
Ensure product quality and safety during transport through carrying out proper procedures in forklift operation and product dispatching.
Assure FIFO of the finished good transfer to other department by using monitoring log book and double checking transfer slips and pallet tags.
Prepares duly signed Job Request Form for malfunction of the equipment or any structural defects at the dispatching or receiving area that may poses possible hazard to the safety of the products of the people in the area
Acts as a reliever of packaging crew and raw materials handler during their absence
Ensure proper usage of fuel (Gasoline or LPG0 during operation to avoid unnecessary expenses.
Performs other job Assigned by Superior to achieve productivity and line efficiency.
Attend seminars or meeting related to the position.
In the absence of Team Leader or Supervisor, report food safety and quality issues that may arise during transfer of material to any members of the food Safety Team.
